    From Setbacks to Strength

    Strategy & Growth

Early setbacks across multiple start-ups gave us invaluable lessons. Drawing on 25 years of strategic guidance and enduring relationships, we connected with the right people at the right time, including Family Office / Funds consultants. This helped us refine our strategy around product potential research, securing bulk deals and building mutually beneficial partnerships. Expanded networking in Europe and the proposed EU-India FTA have further validated our potential to scale.

    Building in India

Our FTA case studies covering invisible and visible business scouting in India including one International Airport; From our case study in India on counterfeit scotch whisky, we developed an AI enabled enhanced track & traceability to track whether a scotch whisky is original or counterfeit. Case study research about quick commerce growth in India - connected to old schoolmate Mr Geroge Francis - one of the leading quick commerce national business developers - enlightening the massive scope in the next decade in the Indian Market. We established an Indian team with expertise across business development, logistics, finance and compliance, and bonded warehouses with greater flexibility in imports, domestic distribution and re-exports.
